Dear Sir/Ma'am,

in the FOI it stated there -- The Freedom of Information (FOI) Program is the Government’s response to the call for transparency and full public disclosure of information. FOI is a government mechanism, which allows Filipino citizens to request any information about government transactions and operations, provided that it shall not put into jeopardy – privacy and matters of national security.

I know that this is confidential, however it will NOT fall in the exception if I requested "ADMINISTRATIVE CASES WITH RESOLUTION OR WITH DECISION FROM THE COURT" right? because it has been published and done already, so you cannot or should not worry with jeopardy. And as a citizen I have the right to know and have the right to access the list because it has been decided by the court. 

In the supreme court website, cases with decisions are being posted.

Please state also the ruling and exception so that there is enlightenment as to the word "confidentiality" and the public documents that cannot be access.

Is this request offensive?
