We have received it and forwarded it to the appropriate office for further action. Kindly submit additional requirements since your data is for research purposes to process and prior release of the data you requested: 

1. Authorization or request letter from your school or company, signed by your department head or research adviser. The letter should contain their active contact number for verification purposes.
