I am Michelle Castillo, a Master of Public Administration student of the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance. In line with my graduate thesis, may I request for the number of VAWC cases per month (if possible disaggregated per province) from March 2020-December 2021. Thank you for the quick response to my request. May I know where should I send or where in the platform shall I attach the school ID? I am trying to send a new request as you instructed. I may have missed it, but I do not see an option or button to attach the documentary requirements, and no list of documentary requirements indicated in the platform.
