Dear Ms. PERRERAS:

This pertains to your Freedom of Information request lodge thru e-FOI with tracking number PNP-626208246852 received by this Office on July 20, 2023 asking for refund on the payment for the National Police Clearance (NPC). 

In this regard, we regret to inform you that your request cannot be granted, for we only process the refund for the following circumstances: double payment, system error; or any reasons on the part of the National Police Clearance System.
	
If the request for refund is due to personal reasons like change of mind, unclaimed clearance because of prior commitments, no longer needed, and any other reasons/causes on the part of the NPC applicant, the request will not be considered.

For further inquiry, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to foiprooone@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your
