Hi, 

I want to file a police report for a lost passport. It was around February of 2020 when I moved out of my previous apartment. I need this report for my passport application with DFA. Thanks!

Dear Ms. Esperidion,

Good Day!

Thank you for your request dated November 9, 2023 under
Executive Order No. 2 (s.2016) on Freedom of Information
in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Report a lost passport.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide you the information you have requested because your concern does not belong within the scope of FOI, this may fall to PNP frontline services which being catered by Police Stations. Hence, you may opt to visit the nearest Police Station were you lost your passport to assist you with your request.
