Good day, I'm a researcher from the University of the Philippines.
I would like to request the ff information:
Traffic collision data per (1.0 kilometer or 0.1 mile) collected between 2013 to 2018 from the two roads in R-7:
1. Commonwealth Ave (between N170 Elliptical Road and N129 Quirino Highway) (if possible Northbound and Southbound)
2. Quezon Ave (between Welcome Rotonda and N170 Elliptical Road) (if possible Eastbound and Westbound)
With columns labeled as:
kilometer markers (begin, middle, end), severity levels (fatal, non-fatal injury, PDO, total), and AADT for each segment
