Good day! I would like to request information regarding the following:

Road traffic accidents within Metro Manila from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020 with the following information:

1. Weather Condition During the Accident
2.  Blood Alcohol Concentration Levels of Drivers Involved in the Accident

These may be summarized into the number of cases for each weather conditions (ie. sunny, rainy, foggy, etc.) and blood alcohol concentration levels (0.1, 0.2, 0.3, etc.).
