Good day! I am desperately asking for financial help. I got positive of COVID19 twice and diagnosed for having Post-COVID19 syndrome which until now I am suffering from.  Now I am diagnosed with Bilateral L4-L5 Radiculopathy due to broad based disc postrusion and my physician told me that this is an effect of COVID19. Everyday I am suffering from pain. I am taking different kinds of medicines & need to undergo rehab every week. I was also advised to have spinal surgery. For this, I wasn't able to report for duty this past few months. Any help would be much appreciated. Thankyou very much.
