This pertains to your query on the exact height limit of PNP and PNPA applicants for height waiver under 11549.

Please be informed that the determination of height limit relative to granting of height waiver to cultural minority/indigenous people is determine by the NAPOLCOM En Banc. Further, be informed that the NAPOLCOM is still to await the promulgation of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 11549 operationalizing the manner by which said height waiver is to be granted.
