Good day, a foreigner on viber bought my iPad using Credit Europe Bank and he even sent the proof of payment so I proceeded to deliver the gadget to the said address which is:

J.P Rizal Street, Pandi, Bulacan

Hours after the recipient got the item, I received an email from CEB that they are unable to transfer the payment to my friend’s BPI account.

His name in Credit Europe Bank is John Henderson.
