Good day! I am a 4th year architecture student from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and doing my undergraduate thesis regarding Juvenile Rehabilitation Center. I would like to request for the following datas, as suggested by the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council, as you may have the data I requested:

1. Latest number of CICL and CAR in the Philippines, 2020-2023.
2. Latest number of CICL in the Philippines per region/city/municipality. 
3. Latest number of CICL in NCR. 
4. Location / City in NCR with the highest number of juvenile offenders.
