This is to formally request for explanation as to why my brother, Joshua C. Amilhussin (Transferee) who is the qualified dependent/heir entitled to receive the monthly pension of my late father, SPO2 JUKKIM H. AMILHUSSIN who died on August 20, 2005 (per Decree of Entitlement & Distribution) up to April 6, 2019 (date of emancipation) were not included in the List of Payees among the 51,084 (Batch 1) and 2,194 (Batch 2).
