Good day!

I am Mark Vincent R. Mercene, a BS Development Communication student from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. I would like to request your available data about the number of teachers in primary, secondary, and tertiary schools who were found guilty of sexual harassment against their students from 2009-2021 for every region in the Philippines. This could be based on the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995 and other laws related to the said crime.

Thank you for your request dated December 2, 2021 under
Executive Order No. 2 (s.2016) on Freedom of Information
in the Executive Branch.

You asked/inquire about Number of Teachers in Primary, Secondary and Tertiary schools who were found Guilty Harassment against their Students from 2009 to 2021 for every Region in the Philippines.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide you the information you have requested because the data/information you requested is in the List of Detailed Exceptions to Right to Access Information found under Annex "K" Letter "B" page 197 of People's Freedom Of Information (FOI) Manual Revised 2021.
