This is with regards to your request for the case of R.A.9165, Robbery and Murder of Mr. Randy Rioflorido for verification on his complaint. 

Please be informed that according to the Freedom of Information, Annex K, Letter B: documents pertaining to Investigation, which includes Case Folders of Pending Cases, Decided Cases, and Crime Details such as victims and witness identity are included in the list of exceptions and is therefore among those not included for disclosure.
