BGEN NEIL ALINSANGAN, Not a single Record I have Requested or a Certificate stating the destruction of Records, has been provided for all the above FOI Requests I have made, contrary to my Constitutional Rights.

Instead, you provided a letter stating "we are conducting thorough enquiry to ascertain the matters I have raised"

12. How long will it take before I get a response?
The standard processing time is fifteen (15) working days.

13. Can an Agency extend the processing time?
Yes. In some instances, an agency may need more time to review your request and thereby extend the processing time. Under such circumstances, an agency will inform you of an extension, which shall not be longer than twenty (20) working days.

FDM BGEN NEIL ALINSANGAN, you have now had 34 working days, with Monday November 28, 2022 being your final day to fulfill and honor my Constitutional Rights and follow the law. 

I can only stress to you the Mental Anguish being caused to myself and expect you to follow the law, and provide what I have lawfully requested
