Hello, PNP team. Good day! Would like to request for your help. I was scammed yesterday January 8, 2022. I ordered online through Facebook with an FB Page of Candy Gadget House. With their downpayment first policy and good schemes. I paid for it amounting 23, 500 pesos then I waited for the item to be delivered. Unfortunately, I did not received it. I also message this fb page, tons but no more message I have received from them. I am also worried that possibly they will use my ID. I sent them it because it was one of the requirements. Kindly, help. Hope to get a response soon. Thank you.

Hello, Thank you so much for noticing my request. Today, I just found out that they have a lot of victims and as of yesterday, there was another victim. I just get a chance to do a conversation with them. Just saw angry reacts in their posts and tried to chat that person. They say they already filed it in the NBI I think last year but no action was performed. I hope we can caught this scammer together with the PNP Cyber Crime Unit. I am also concerned with the people that can be scammed also. I can help with every docs you need I'll try to give it so we can have a lead.  Just let me know. 

Just today, they changed their shop logo. Hope it can help.

Also, you can search in FB "Candy Gadget House Scam". There's a post about it that they changed their names multiple times. Hope it can help and might as well have a lead.

The mode of payment we have is in GCASH, his GCASH Name is Rowell Mendez. He sent me also an ID of him named Rowell Ong Mendez. I am just not sure if it is legit ID or the picture of the people attached to it but I have a picture of the ID he sent, I can send it to you. Just let me know. It is also matched with the GCash Name that I sent my payment with.
