Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the jurisdiction or is not the proper office where a refund on police clearance payment be made. However, you may wish to contact or personally visit the Police Station where you apply for your police clearance.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to PRO3 FOI Receiving Officer at pro3.rpcrd.pnp@gmail.com.
