I am Dr. Alvin S. Matabang of LF Logistics assigned as Corporate Security Manager for all its disperse facility nationwide with a PNP-SAGSD security consultant license # S1258484. I am updating our corporate "Security Risk Assessment for LF Logistics ULP-MDC, Brgy. Pulo, Cabuyao Site Facility'.
Corollary hereof, may we respectfully request for the said document to have an official uniform crime reports (UCR).
