Hi! I would like to request information regarding motor accidents from 2022–2023 based on these specific factors in a percentage form in PSA, LTO, LTFRB, and PNP:
i. Speeding
ii. Driving under the influence
iii. non-use of safety gear
iv. Distracted Driving
v. road condition
vi. vehicle defects
vii. weather conditions
viii. Inadequate law enforcement of traffic laws
ix. age and 
x. sex

We are researchers from Don Honorio Ventura State University.

hi! I just have a question regarding one of the factors.
Do you use the factors listed above to predict a motor vehicle accident? 
If yes, how do you know if one of the factors caused it?
And do you have all the data above?
