Closed-Circuit television (CCTV) footage at Urbiztondo Beach, San Juan, La Union

Requested from PNP by J. Pineda at 01:28 AM on Jun 12, 2020.
Purpose: To file a case for violation of R.A. 9995 (10:00 PM to 03:30 AM)
Date of Coverage: 10/27/2018 - 10/28/2018
Tracking no: #PNP-805019139899

Pineda 01:28 AM, Jun 12, 2020

Hi! Last Surf break 2018 at Urbiztondo Beach, San Juan, La Union. I met Karla Mosqueda at 21:00 at Seabay Surf Resort, then we left with her companion Maria Theresa Tuguinay and drank at the beach area near Kahuna Beach and Resort. After Maria Theresa Tuguinay gave me a drink, I felt dizzy and fell asleep at the table that we're drinking at. Then, at 7:57 AM, I found myself sleeping at the incident command post without Karla Mosqueda and Maria Theresa Tuguinay. I browsed my phone and I saw a picture where I was sleeping and the time that it was captured was 02:14 AM.

Pineda 01:35 AM, Jun 12, 2020

Karla Mosqueda told my parents that Maria Theresa Tuguinay made a video of me getting carried to the incident Command posts for safety purposes. If it was for my safety purposes, then the video is not supposed to be passed around other people. It is a violation of R.A. 9995 for the reason that it humiliates me when a lot of people saw my video being carried while I'm asleep because of what Maria Theresa Tuguinay gave me. The three of us are from Baguio. They've been using the video to blackmail me to milk money out of my pocket.

May I ask if there are any updates regarding the CCTV footage request?
