Thank you for your request dated November 30, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. 

You ask for the distribution of Equipment in each Police Precinct in Davao de Oro covering period from January 1, 2015 to January 1, 2020.

Furthermore, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide an access to information you have requested because it is stated on the Republic Act No. 10173 known as “Data Privacy Act of 2012” an act protecting individual personal information. Thus, Pursuant to Section 4 of Executive Order (EO) No. 2 (s. 2016) Office of the President hereby circularizes the inventory of exceptions to the right to access of information. The reason why we don’t have the information are explained in this letter.
