Nagorder kami ng 2 iphone 7+ at isang 14promax ngunit walang dumadating na order. Halos 2 lingo n ito buhat ng aming orderin. Nagoffer sila ng papalitan ang 7+ para sa XR wag lang namin icancel. Nakaattach na files ang screenshot kung saan natrack sa j&t ang mga parcel ngunit ang isa ay dmting n walang laman. Nagkakaroon din ng insidente na kami ay blinock nila at hindi agad sumasagot sa text. ang mga naturang order ay bayad na nagkakahlaga ng 67,000.00 at nasa baba ang kopya ng pagpapadala ng bayad. Ngayon nais na namin icancel ang order ngunit hindi sila sumasagot.

Executive Order No. 2 (s.2016) on Freedom of Information
in the Executive Branch.

You asked/inquire about Estafa.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, however, please be informed that your concern does not belong within the scope of FOI, this may fall to PNP frontline services which are being catered by Police Stations. You may personally visit the nearest Police Station of the area to file an official complain.
