I am Judy Ann Magtoto, a student from Technological Institute of the Philippines-QC. I am currently working with my thesis. For my research data, I would like to request for the following information if available: 

1. Statistical rate of suicide cases reported related to mental health in each city/municipality in NCR

2. Statistical rate of suicide cases reported related to mental health in QUEZON CITY

- Their gender and age
