“I encountered a Financial Crime by a Lady in Magnaga province, Pantukan, Davao  de oro, she barrowed nearly 50,000 Php agreed to pay in one month with interest rate. But irrespective of multiple followup, the lady is not returning money. Matter was brought up to the concerned Barangays but she disregarded Barangay statement and absconded. The lady said I don't care of legal obligations, penalties and punishment as per Philippines law. Kindly take strict action for the compliance of credit agreement made between borrower and lender under borrower’s responsibility overall”
