Thank you for your request dated Jan 29, 2024 10:12:36 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Police report for lost passport. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide you the information you have requested because your concern does not belong within the scope of FOI, this may fall to PNP frontline services which being catered by Police Stations. Hence, you may opt to visit the nearest Police Station were you lost your passport to assist you with your request.
