I am requesting this information for my research which is focused on Big Data: Recorded crimes in the Philippines, for both solved and unsolved cases, which includes the nature or crime, date and time of the report, location of the crime, perpetrator details (who/where), case filing details.
The last time I made this request, I received an email that it was denied due to lacking of requirements: Authorization/Request Letter from the School and Company/School ID. However, the web form doesnt include any file upload on this. May I submit the requirement through email? Thank you so much.
