May I humbly request for the transfer of assignment of my husband Pcpl Ruel Silvio Mulingbayan to Police Regional Office 5 (PRO5). He is presently assigned as Mobile Crew at Las Pinas City Police Station, Southern Police District. Being in service for more than 5 years my husband is a responsible, hardworking and dedicated police officer. Having us when his feeling tired and sick will uplift his well-being.He rarely come home with us here in Daet Camarines Norte. I am also working and cannot visit him in this time of pandemic.

I refer to my letter of Sep 15, 2020 06:18:28 PM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for LETTER REQUEST FOR TRANSFER OF ASSIGNMENT.
Our response to your request is due on Oct 15, 2020 your letter request was received to this office and it was forwarded on the same date to the concern division for appropriate action. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because all request of transfer for localization of assignment is being consolidated by the assigned division office for further verification and submit for approval of the higher rank.
