CERTIFICATE OF DESTRUCTION from PRO9 Regional Headquarters under Philippine National Police Freedom of Information Handbook, Section 2.3 g, stating PRO9 Regional Office, Provincial Headquarters ZDN and Dipolog City Police Station, have no Records of PNP Officers employed at Dipolog City Police Station 2008 as they have been lost/destroyed, as per Memorandum PLCOL KHISNA E ASAALI  July 31, 2021 (attached)
