Question on the Situation on Rape-Kits

Requested from PNP by J. Tumang at 10:00 AM on Oct 24, 2023.
Purpose: Potentially, a Letter to Congress on the Matter

Tracking no: #PNP-861277356235

Tumang 10:00 AM, Oct 24, 2023

Here in the U.S., the rape-kit backlog is finally getting addressed, and the numbers are falling…

… where I am, too.
https://www.endthebacklog.org/state/north-carolina/
How about back in the PH? I can't find any updates on it.

The latest data I've found is from 2012:

Could I ask the state of the kits in the PH? Thanks!

Thanks!

On thing, though: This request (#PNP-861277356235) is a P.N.P.-duplicate (of #PNP-943555153495), due to a referral by the D.O.H. (#DOH-462915947426). My original intent was to have the serious question investigated by different agencies, for more multifaceted data & hence a more comprehensive understanding of the matter. But given it became a duplicate P.N.P.-study, what now: To close the duplicate, report twice, collaborate with the duplicate or whatever else?
