Hi! I am humbly asking for the number of osec cases in the national capital region. The reason behind this request is for my thesis studies and research. I am an architecture student and currently in my thesis semester. I am proposing a rehabilitation center for OSEC victims and in order for me to execute my proposal properly, I am in need of the said data for my data gathering.
