I would like to request the following information from your office.

1. What percentage of your members/staff has 1 dose, 2 doses, 1 booster or 2 boosters of the covid-19 vaccine?

2. How many sick days do you report per month for the members/staff per month starting January 2020? Please also indicate population for comparison.

3. How many members/staff reached out for medical/psycological help per month for the workers/staff/students per month starting January 2020? Please also indicate population for comparison.
