Please be informed that this Regional Office took cognizance of the case of Violation of the Rights of Women (Republic Act 9262) against Brigida C. Baluga by her husband, Florencio A. Baluga at Sitio Madala-ag, Buaya, Balbalan, Kalinga, sometime on June 2021. The said case was referred by Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer (MSWDO), Myrna M. Canapi to our office for investigation and monitoring and it was docketed as CHR-CAR-2022-0073.    

Our office would like to request a copy of your Spot Report, Investigation Report and documents relative thereto.
