Another person who operates lucky pick 3 which uses the winning numbers of PCSO illegally operates without authorization.

This person must be punished and arrested as soon as possible.

Directly report my concern to PCSO and NBI and make a statement report about it.

Also keep my identity private.

I submitted the information of that person via email and chat.
