Good Day! 

I was scammed by this LikeShareYoutube Platform under manager named David Evans.. i transferred money to certain Gcash accounts mentioned below for upgrading my membership 
1.Vedasto Del Rosario (09278048520)amounting P1,700
2. Kzrblyn Ann Agamurba(09368791218)amounting P11,110

I haven't withdraw any earnings coz the website/ app could not be loaded anymore.please help me trace and penalized the persons behind this online platform scam and if possible to retrieve my money. Will share docs/ evidence if needed.Thanks
