Most respectfully requesting materials on the following:

1. Statistics on extrajudicial killings/unresolved homicide cases from January 2000 to October 30, 2016;

2. Factors for the computation of crime rate, computation and analysis; and

3. Issuances defining extra judicial killing, homicide and other criminal actions provided by law.

I intend to use the said materials to enlighten the audience in the upcoming Iloilo Philosophical Association conference this February 2015 regarding their notions on the subject and to advance a moderate retributionist theory of justice.
