Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the police report or the information you have requested because police report are given to person who personally file a report/complaint to police stations to where the incident happen. However, you may wish to contact  at Investigation Section of Bulacan Police Provincial Office at 0905-333-3319/(044)-791-0566.
