Good morning Mam/Sir, I'm requesting for a refund. I went to the police station at PS 05 MPD HQ at Ermita, Manila and instead of having the national clearance I filled up online, I proceed on having the Local Clearance and I accomplished it the same day. I hope I can refund the fee I pay online. Thank you for your understanding.
