You can submit another FOI request to Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council using this link https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests?agency=JJWC to get some of the data you needed, it's the lead agency office that promotes and protects the rights of children at risk and children in conflict with the law under a restorative justice and welfare system.
