I am writing to request a copy of a police report regarding the loss of my passport. I misplaced my passport on May 25, 2023 near MOA. As per the advice of the passport office, I am required to obtain a copy of the police report to proceed with the necessary steps to replace my lost passport.

Please be informed that your concern does not belong within the scope of FOI, this may fall to PNP frontline services which are being catered by Police Stations. You may personally visit the nearest Police Station of the area where you think you may have lost your driver's license.
