I watch live stream of a blogger online, He was announce that he give money thru gcash.  I was excited to participate into his video.  I was type my number of my gcash and after 10minutes. Someone called me, he told me that I was won 10k. I didn't notice that it is scam because I was participate of the raffle draw of a blogger. He called me to announce that I'm a winner of 10k  and he ask some information of my gcash like my number of gcash and the pin code.  I was give my information  to the scammer like my number and pincode. And because I was excited to won a money. He was command me to cash in to my gcash amount of 1500,  he told me that cannot process the 10k if my gcash is zero balance.  I was  interested to the 10k.  I go to the nearest store to cash in my gcash. And after I finish to cash in. I was waiting the 10k but he didn't respond anymore. I tried to called him but the number cannot reach. And I received a text of gcash that he claimed the 1500, I tried to log in to gcash but he change my pincode. Then I decided to reset and change my pincode. After I finish to log in, I found out that money was taken to the scammer. Please help me to refund my money.  I know I have mistake to trust someone online but I was not aware that I was a victim of the scammer. Please help me  block the number of the scammer and refund my money.
