Good evening Sir/Madam:

Please provide me a copy of any memorandum circular or any law or rule that explains what happens to the pension of a PNP retiree who dies after his/her optional/mandatory retirement.  Likewise, I want also to know if there exists a PNP policy that allows the pension of the deceased PNP retiree to be transferred to his/her spouse or children.
