Hi! I would like to request for Memorandum or LOI of SAF/SAC in City of Manila. Are SAF units deployable anywhere in the Philippines or are they similar to regular PNP units confined within their district jurisdiction?

This pertains to your request dated March 8, 2022 relative to the SAF area/assignment of jurisdiction under Executive Order No. 2 (s.2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. 

	Please be informed that your request for a copy of any memorandum or LOI in relation to SAF/SAC in the City of Manila and further inquiry on whether SAF units are deployable anywhere in the Philippines or are confined only within their district jurisdiction are covered by the exceptions of the Freedom of Information.
