Can I still get my refund request despite that I already claimed my paid Police clearance this May 8, 2023?. I still haven't used my first time job seeker free Police Clearance.

You asked for REFUND MY POLICE CLEARANCE PAYMENT.

Response to Request

This pertains to your to your request for refund on the payment for the National Police Clearance (NPC). We regret to inform you that your request cannot be granted, for we only process the refund for the following circumstances: double payment, system error; or any reasons on the part of the National Police Clearance System.

If the request for refund is due to personal reasons like change of mind, unclaimed clearance because of prior commitments, no longer needed, and any other reasons/causes on the part of the NPC applicant, the request will not be considered.
