Since the purpose of your request is for your research paper, please send us a copy of Request Letter from your School / Company signed by the requester and Dean/Head of the Office (addressed the letter to PMGEN JOSE MELENCIO C NARTATEZ, JR, Regional Director, National Capital Region Police Office, Camp Bagong Diwa Bicutan Taguig City) , also indicate the CY of your request as our reference in processing your request.
