Good day! I would like to request information regarding the following in compliance for my thesis dissertation in relation to R.A 10054:

1.) The number of cases of death/serious physical injury on motorcycle vehicles resulting from not wearing of helmet in every region of the Philippines from year 2017-2022

2.) The number of cases of death/serious physical injury on motorcycle vehicles resulting from not wearing of helmet in the City of Tagaytay from 2009-2022

3.) The number of cases of traffic violations concerning on non-adherence to helmet use in the Tagaytay from 2009-2022
