Hi, 

I recently made a request for this document, but I was given a pdf document that is corrupted and cannot be read.

I am renewing my request for the details outlining the fees and registration process for a license to import, export, and manufacture of body armor. 

In addition to this, I would also like to request for details for a local accredited testing facility for body armor. If this is not available, I would understand.

Please provide these details in a functional and readable document/pdf format, or please outline the details directly through the message system or email.

You asked for Registration Requirements for the Import and Manufacture of Body Armor.

In regards of your request for the requiremnets to import and manufacture of body armor you may ask information to the Cebu City LGU since your request is more on business related queries.
