Good day,

This is a inquiry request in regards to my thesis proposal about creating a software using predictive machine learning models to determine the peace and order of a barangay. For this, I need the information listed in the Incident Record Transaction Receipt of the IRF to create a dataset. This is limited to the: type and location of incident as well as the blotter entry report. Is this still covered under the List of Detailed Exceptions to Right of Access Information?
