Hi! May I request the following information in Makati during the 50s and the 60s?

I am doing research on the adaptive use of Nielson Tower and it was mentioned on the Filipinas Heritage Library's website that it became a police detachment unit.
I would like to know the exact years that Nielson tower became a Police Detachment Unit.
