Hi I would like to ask for your good office an assistance for my Captain Baltazar Menes (HPG) Camp Crame who is currently admitted at Asian Hospital and Medical Center due to Critical Covid 19 Pneumonia which he contrated during his duty. All of the members of tge family also tested positive. The current hospital bill as of this moment is 4.5M peso. We humbly ask for your help and support. Thank you.

Your FOI request is approved. HPG GESPO PEMS Randy V De Villa thru direct control and guidance of HPG Director PBGEN ALEXANDER C TAGUM proceed to the address of Mrs. Reinelda L Menes to meet and give the financial assistance to PCAPT Baltazar Menes, member of this group amounting of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200,000.00) coming from this group thru the effort of our HPG Director. Said PCO was diagnosed as Covid-19 positive with severe/critical pneumonia and confined at Asian Hospital.
