This pertains to the State Nation Address (SONA) PRRD on July 26, at the HEREP, Batasang Pambansa, Complex, Quezon City which expecteded to be marred by militant groups will be expect and frustrations against administration through the conduct of rallies and demonstrations.
As based on IATF Resolution No. 128 s. 2021 dated July 21, 2021 the entirety of Manila is placed GCQ with heighten restriction effective July 23, 2021 until July 31, 2021;
Relative thereto, direct your COPs/Station Commander strict implementation of prohibition outsides residences to include rallies/Demonstrators

Memorandum PSS1 PNP-NCR Police Subject About Reiteration on the Prohibition of Gathering Under GCQ as dated July 24, 2021
This pertains to the State Nation Address (SONA) PRRD on July 26, at the HEREP, Batasang Pambansa, Complex, Quezon City which expecteded to be marred by militant groups will be expect and frustrations against administration through the conduct of rallies and demonstrations.
